SHIPPING, DELIVERY POLICY & RETURN

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is a part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms and conditions.
Please carefully review our Shipping, Delivery and Return Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Shipping Fees: All our shipments are free of charge
Shipping method: the Postal Service, couriers services (extra charges for shipment may apply)

Delivery time:
For Continental Europe and the UK estimated delivery time 5-14 working days, all times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For the EU and the UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Your order is prepared for shipment within 1 working day since cleared payment receiving. We mostly ship by the Postal Service so the parcels are mostly delivered by the addressee’s country national Postal Services. However, sometimes we use DPD, GLS or the other couriers services with more complex orders.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to most European countries and many worldwide countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the countries at the following continents:
Central and South America
Antarctica

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and we will not be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
No PO boxes shipping, no Russia and Belarus shipment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

RETURN 30 DAYS BUYER PAYS POSTAL FEES
Buyer returns unopened and undamaged product.
